On Proposed Medicare Cuts, We've Slightly Lowered Our Fair Value Estimate for Quest

After re-examining the impact of proposed reimbursement adjustments to the Medicare Clinical Lab Fee Schedule, we’ve modestly lowered our fair value estimate on Quest by $5 to $105 per share.  Although the proposed reimbursement cuts are larger than we’d anticipated, Quest’s attractive cost structure means the firm is in a relatively strong position to handle the cuts.
