Quest Diagnostics Delivers Solid Quarter, but PAMA Cuts Cast Cloud Over Reference Labs
Following solid performance in the third quarter, Quest Diagnostics is on track to meet our full-year projections and we’re leaving our fair value estimate unchanged. The narrow-moat company continues to see decent increases in volume and revenue per requisitions (driven mainly by test mix and density of requisitions), despite the hurricanes that damped volume growth by an estimated 140 basis points.
