Quest Diagnostics Posts Solid 2Q; No Change to Our FVE
Quest Diagnostics posted another solid quarter of results, and after making slight, immaterial adjustments to our valuation model, we’re leaving our fair value estimate unchanged. Second-quarter performance largely matched our expectations, with quarterly revenue up 1.9% (1.4% on an organic basis). While gross margin was slightly better than we'd expected, this was offset by slightly higher SGA.
