Suez Acquisition of GE Water Will Be Significantly Accretive on Earnings but Neutral on Valuation
We are reaffirming our EUR 14 per share fair value estimate and stable no-moat rating for Suez after the group announced that, together with Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, or CDPQ, it has reached an agreement to purchase GE Water from General Electric for a EUR 3.2 billion enterprise value.
