After Tenet Healthcare's third-quarter preview on Oct. 30, the company reduced its full-year 2017 outlook on its earnings call on Nov. 7 to slightly below our expectations. We do not anticipate a significant change in our fair value estimate, and we are reiterating our no-moat rating.
