Making Progress on Settling Delisting Risks, but Toshiba’s Future Is Still Blurred
Toshiba reported earnings results for fiscal year 2017 (financial year ending March 17) after exceeding the initial deadline, along with the first quarter (June quarter) results for fiscal year 2018. We consider Toshiba has been facing three major risks since December 2016, when Toshiba had announced the huge impairment loss regarding the acquisition of CB&I Stone & Webster, which led Toshiba to the bankruptcy and delisting risk.
