No-moat UPM reported third-quarter EBIT of EUR 420 million, a 20% increase from the prior-year period and ahead of our expectations. However, the stock is trading down after the release as consensus was looking for higher profits. High pulp prices were the major driver of better-than-expected performance versus our numbers.
