US Cellular's total revenue declined by 3% year over year, but we are pleased that the firm added net postpaid customers for the first time since the second quarter of 2016. Although the gain of 23,000 was lower than the 36,000 in the prior-year period, the figure is a rebound from a loss of 27,000 in the first quarter.
