Growth opportunities across WEC's subsidiaries support attractive earnings and dividend growth.

We are reaffirming our $56 fair value estimate and narrow economic moat rating after WEC Energy Group reported third-quarter operating earnings per share of $0.68 flat compared with the year-ago period. Management forecasts that 2017 earnings will be at the upper end of its $3.06-$3.12 per share range, in line with our $3.10 forecast. Management sees long-term 5%-7% earnings growth, in line with our 6.5% forecast.
