China Property Remains Wharf's Focus After Demerger
The Wharf reported core earnings of HKD 6.5 billion, slightly better than our estimate, but below consensus. Compared with a year ago, excluding the impact of the demerger, core earnings were down 11% year on year, mainly due to lower booking of development properties in Hong Kong.
