Can we explain why inequality is far greater in the United States than in the euro zone?

Income inequality is far greater in the United States than in the euro zone? Can we explain this phenomenon? The explanation may be: The skill level of employees or young people; Employees’ bargaining power (labour market flexibility, union membership); The minimum wage level; The existence of "super-star companies" where compensation is very high; The way companies are financed. The relevant explanations seem to be: Weaker bargaining power for employees in the United States; A low minimum wage in the United States; High wages in new technologies in the United States; Companies raising financing in financial markets in the United States.
