Could Germany be in trouble?

We believe that Germany is racking up problems: Slowing exports due to the slowdown in global trade and, possibly, the effects of a no-deal Brexit; Falling production in “old” industries: automotive , chemicals and other intermediate goods, coal-fired electricity, industrial capital goods; Correction of excess employment; German companies have yet to adjust their employment to production, which explains the fall in productivity; Declining cost competitiveness and profitability, as wages have increased much faster than productivity.
