Could investors in US equities possibly return to European equities?

International investors are currently selling euro-zone equities and buying US equities, which explains why the US market has become much more expensive than the European market. Some think that the valuation gap between US and European equities will lead investors to return to European equities. Is this plausible ? In the event of a “soft landing” as opposed to a crisis, US growth will remain higher than growth in the euro zone; If there is crisis, all equity markets will fall; Even after the effects of the tax reform have dissipated in the United States, earnings per share will continue to grow faster in the United States than in the euro zone; The US market for technology companies, even though it is expensive, attracts investors.
