Euro area PMIÂ : rise in June
The euro area composite PMI increased in June to 5 2 . 1 (51. 6 in May ) while consensus was expecting a stabilization. The manufacturing index stabilized at 47.8 but remained in the contraction territory. On the other hand, the services PMI continued to improve and reached the highest level since November 2018 at 53.4.
