Euro zone: Labour market polarisation is going to get worse, prolonging the risk of a political and social crisis
Unfortunately in the euro zone , a new wave of transformation of manufacturing jobs into services jobs can be expected, i.e. the labour market’s polarisation is set to get worse . This is a result of the contraction of industries affected by environmental rules and the world’s deindustrialisation. This new stage in the polarisation of the euro zone’s labour markets will exacerbate inequality, social immobility and the risk of political crisis.
