Euro zone: What form could a revolt of savers take?

The fact that interest rates are considerably lower than the growth rate in the euro zone is a very significant taxation of savers, which ensures government and corporate solvency. What forms could a revolt of savers in the euro zone against this taxation take? Capital outflows, with a transformation of savings from the euro into other currencies offering higher interest rates (dollar, emerging currencies); actually, there are capital outflows from the euro zone currently; A transformation of savings held in the form of bonds into money (in euros), since bonds yield barely more than (and in the core euro-zone countries less than) money; for the time being there is no noticeable sign of such a transformation.
