The Netherlands: Pro-European Election Results
After the co llapse of the Dutch government less than a year after its formation, snap elections took place this week (October 28). Today, with 99.7% of collected votes, the results suggest that the support from the far-right party PVV to a coalition government will not be necessary anymore. At the same time, t he rise of D66, a pro-European party, suggests a potential increase in support for European integration within the Dutch government.
