In the euro zone, is it the supply constraint or the weakening of demand that will reduce growth?

Since the start of 2018, the euro zone has suffered from: A supply constraint, due to the sharp increase in companies' recruitment difficulties; Weakening demand, due to rising inflation which has wiped out real wage growth. We seek to determine whether the growth slowdown in the euro zone will result from the supply constraint or the weakening of demand (this is the case if the fall in demand is sufficiently large that production is no longer constrained by supply). In our opinion the slowdown in demand will be the main factor.
