Oil prices pushed down French inflation in March
French inflation (CPI) decelerate strongly to + 0.7% YoY in March , +0.1 % on a monthly basis , on the back of the fall of oil products (-6.5% MoM) , which was partly offset by the increase in tobacco prices (+6.6% MoM) and by the increase in manufactured products (+1.4% MoM, due to the end of winter sales period in February).
