Should we be concerned about the trade war between the United States and China?

The United States has just decided to tax at 10% , and then at 25% in 2019 , USD 200 billion in imports from China, with China responding by taxing (at 5% or 10%) US D 60 billion in imports from the United States. Should we be concerned about this trade war as regards growth in the United States, China and the world? When looking at: The sensitivity of exports from China to the United States and from the United States to China to their prices; The weight of the tariffs imposed in the US economy, we see that we should probably downplay the effect of this trade policy of the United States and China.
