Spain’s political situation: New elections cannot be discarded
Following legislative elections 28th of April, the Congress has not yet given its confidence to a new Prime Minister. The situation has be come more and more complex and political leaders are unable to build a majority coalition . An investiture session is scheduled on 22 and 23 of July to invest Pedro Sanchez who has been asked by the King to try to obtain the confidence of the Congress, but the risk of failure seem very high. A failure to find sufficient support imply a stalemate that might lead to a dissolution of the Parliament and new elections in November .
