The United States has modernised its economy, and investors should recognise it

When comparing the United States and the euro zone, we clearly see an effort to modernise the US economy since 2009: industrial automation, investment in new technologies, innovation, overall investment drive. The result has logically been a significant increase in productivity gains and a marked rise in potential growth. Investors should recognise this development, which should make them far more optimistic about the value of financial assets issued by US companies, equities and bonds.
