The analysis of the decision-making process on trade policy in the United States and the European Union is of crucial importance in the current context of increasing tensions on world trade (multiplication of tariff and non-tariff barriers) while economic interdependencies remain strong. Understanding the mechanisms and actors involved in the development of these policies allows to assess the dynamics and potential impacts of bilateral trade relations.
