Edito La Fed a surpris les marchés en se montrant plus dovish qu’attendu : elle n’évoque plus de resserrement progressif des taux. Jerome Powell a affirmé que « la situation actuelle requiert de la patience », citant la montée des incertitudes liées à la Chine, au Brexit et le shutdown. Côté Brexit, Theresa May dispose désormais d’un mandat clair pour renégocier l’accord de divorce conclu fin novembre.
