What accounts for the slowdown in the US economy?

US economic growth has been slowing down since the fourth quarter of 2018. What accounts for this slowdown? On the supply side? Has the return to full employment dampened job creation and growth and driven growth towards potential growth? On the demand side? Has a demand component become particularly weak ?
