What measures could stimulate consumption, help companies and speed up the energy transition at the same time?

Once the coronavirus health crisis is over, households will tend to accumulate precautionary savings and companies will be in trouble and will tend to reject climate and environmental standards. One should therefore consider economic policy measures that stimulate household consumption, help companies and speed up the energy transition. This is possible; here are some examples: Public aid (tax incentives, interest-free loans, subsidies) for energy renovation of housing; Subsidies for the purchase of electric cars; Investment in quality telecom network coverage throughout the country, public aid for household computer equipment (to facilitate the development of remote working).
