What will happen with public finances in the euro zone?

Public finances in the euro-zone countries: Have had to react to the COVID crisis; Must now react to the war in Ukraine (increase in defence spending, compensation for the rise in energy prices). It therefore now seems impossible to reduce fiscal deficits, meaning that: The European fiscal rules will remain suspended; The ECB will need to keep long-term interest rates very low. Under these circumstances, t he question is then whether it will be possible to stop quantitative easing.
