What would a liberal policy in OECD countries look like?

If OECD countries conducted a really liberal policy, they would: Support free trade and free international movement of capital; Fight against dominant positions in goods and services markets; Continue to deregulate labour markets. The present reality is complex; as OECD countries: Place obstacles to free trade; Maintain free movement of financial capital, but prevent foreigners from taking control ; Accept the establishment of dominant positions; And continue to deregulate labour markets. The particular treatment of the labour market, where liberal doctrine still prevails , is probably due to the fact that cost competition between OECD countries is strong , hence the incentive to curb wages.
