Which OECD countries have a “well-functioning” labour market?

A “well-functioning” labour market can be defined as one where: The employment rate is high; Income distribution is not skewed abnormally in one direction or the other; The structure of jobs is not skewed abnormal ly towards low-end, low-skilled jobs. Among OECD countries, we find such “ well- functioning” labour markets in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Austria, Finland and Switzerland.
