Countries that may be angry with the United States and Europe today, for example by not condemning Russia’s attack on Ukraine or participating in sanctions against Russia, are countries: Whose exports to the United States and Europe are small or do not have a significant impact on growth; Hold small foreign exchange reserves (mainly in dollars or euros). These include Iran, Argentina, Egypt, Indonesia, Pakistan, India and sub-Saharan Africa.
