Why would 2020 be worse than 2019?

Many economists and forecasters believe that 2020 will be a worse year than 2019. But it is important to remember that: Overheating policies (expansionary fiscal and monetary policies at full employment) are boosting demand and can be expected to keep growth close to potential growth; Crises and recessions result from a loss of solvency among a large borrower class . There is no sign of this at present , except to a small degree with regard to High Yield companies in the United States; The manufacturing cycle was highly negative in 2019 . This will no longer be the case in 2020.
