Big Week Ahead for Tariff Litigation, Tax Bill, Maybe Spectrum (But Not BEAD)
On May 13, there will be two big events affecting all investors, including investors in telecom and media. First, there will be the first major substantive court argument about the legality of the Trump tariffs. Second, there will be the mark up in House Energy and Commerce Committee on the reconciliation bill that will determine the direction of that legislation generally and, potentially, on spectrum.
