Can States Enforce Their Contracts Against Starlink? (or How Starlink Again Wins the Benefit of the Bargain)
News sources are reporting that as part of the BEAD program, Starlink is requiring states to acknowledge that Starlink’s broadband service may not meet the metrics that were promised as part of the bid process, in an effort to limit the States’ options in enforcing their contracts with Starlink.
