Mobile Telesystems is a provider of mobile cellular communications services in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan to consumers and corporate customers, employing technology based primarily on Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM). Co. had a mobile subscriber base of around 102.5 million (77.3 million in Russia, 20.4 million in Ukraine, 2.1 million in Turkmenistan, 1.6 million in Uzbekistan and 1.1 million in Armenia). In addition to standard voice services, Co. provides improved services, including voice mail, short message service, general packet radio service, and various SMS- and GPRS-based information and entertainment services.

SoftBank Group is a holding company. Domestic Telecommunications business provides mobile communication services, mobile devices, broadband services to retail customers, and telecom services to corporate customers in Japan. Sprint business provides mobile communication services and fixed-line telecommunication services in the U.S. Yahoo Japan business operates Internet-based advertising and e-commerce business. Distribution business distributes mobile devices overseas, and sells software and mobile device accessories in Japan. ARM business designs microprocessor intellectual property and related technology. SoftBank Vision Fund & Delta Fund business is engaged in the investment activities.

TalkTalk Telecom Group provides telecommunication services to retail and B2B customers. Co. provides customers a range of Fixed Low Price Plans, which comprised of: Fast Broadband, a broadband plan designed to cater for the needs of individual users or households that do not require increased download speeds available via a fibre connection; and Faster Fibre Broadband, a broadband plan designed for households with a number of devices that need to be connected to the internet at the same time. In the Direct channel, Co. provides a range of data connectivity solutions, from business broadband and fibre, through to Ethernet circuits and Wide Area Networks.

Vodacom is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the provision of a range of communications products and services including but not limited to voice, messaging, converged services, broadband and data connectivity. Co.'s segments comprised of: Corporate, which include the holding companies of Co. which do not relate to specific operating segment; South Africa, which include information relating to the South African-based cellular network, service provider and other business segments; and International, which include information relating to the non-South African-based cellular networks in Tanzania, Mozambique, Lesotho and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
