Do & Co AG is a foodservice company. Co. maintains three business divisions. Its Airline Catering division provides gourmet food for passengers of airline companies such as Austrian Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Air France on long-haul flights. Co.'s flying cooks prepare fresh meals on-board. The International Event Catering division provides services such as handling the menu and the provision of food for sporting events, including tennis and golf tournaments, skiing events and Formula One Grand Prix races. The Restaurants, Lounges & Hotel division operates three restaurants; five restaurants with bars and one at the Casino Baden, and three bakeries under the Demel brand.

KDDI is a telecommunications company. Along with its affiliates, Co. operates in four principal business segments: personal, value, business, and global. Co. is engaged in the sale of mobile handset; and the provision of mobile telecommunication services under "au" brand name, Internet contents, settlement service, and electronic money service for individual customers. Co. offers information and communication technology ("ICT") solution services and data center services for domestic corporate customers, overseas companies and individual customers. Co. is also involved in the call center business, the research and technological development, and the telecommunication facilities maintenance.

Nippon Telegraph and Telephone and its subsidiaries conduct the following main business activities: regional communications (domestic intra-prefectural communication services and incidental services), principally operated by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone East Corporation and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation; long-distance and international communications (domestic inter-prefectural communication services, international communication services and incidental services), principally operated by NTT Communications Corporation; mobile communications, principally operated by NTT DOCOMO, Inc.; and data communications, principally operated by NTT DATA CORPORATION.

NTT DOCOMO is a mobile telecommunications carrier. Co. has three operating segments. The telecommunications segment includes mobile phone services (LTE(Xi) services and FOMA services), optical-fiber broadband service, satellite mobile communications services, international services and the equipment sales related to these services. The smart life segment includes video and music distribution, electronic books and other services offered through DOCOMO's "dmarket" portal, as well as finance/payment services, shopping services and various other services. The others segment primarily includes "Mobile Device Protection Service," as well as development, sales and maintenance of IT systems.

SoftBank Group is a holding company. Domestic Telecommunications business provides mobile communication services, mobile devices, broadband services to retail customers, and telecom services to corporate customers in Japan. Sprint business provides mobile communication services and fixed-line telecommunication services in the U.S. Yahoo Japan business operates Internet-based advertising and e-commerce business. Distribution business distributes mobile devices overseas, and sells software and mobile device accessories in Japan. ARM business designs microprocessor intellectual property and related technology. SoftBank Vision Fund & Delta Fund business is engaged in the investment activities.
