MasOrange (Equal Weight) Q1 25: Continued synergy delivery; FibreCo on track

MasOrange (MA) has reported a solid set of numbers, subs continue to grow nicely, and EBITDA growth is good again – albeit there is seemingly no SR drop-through, as EBITDA is wholly driven by synergies. Closing of the fibre JV seems to be on track, and we remain of the view that Orange will look to reconsolidate MA in the future (as opposed to an IPO).
