New Street: Macquarie Telecom Group (Neutral): 1H20 Result: High costs spoil the hosting party

Macquarie Telecom (ASX: MAQ) reported a good 1H20 with 9% revenue growth to A$131.9m nearly all in high margin hosting and data centre. However gross margin dropped by 1.7% to 66.8% as carrier costs increased by 16%.
