Siponimod Insights from MS Expert

Yesterday we hosted the latest instalment of our ‘NSR Expert Roundtable’ series with a renowned Neurological consultant who specialises in MS and had enrolled patients onto Siponimod (Novartis) in the EXPAND study. We were left cautiously excited about the potential of Siponimod but it all hinged on the regulators’ desire to allow widespread use of a drug with only a single (large) study.

In the note (4 pages), we discuss Siponimod's large potential, whether the EXPAND data is clinically meaningful and how soon it could file.
