CBS complied with FCC Chair Carr’s request for the unedited transcript of the 60 Minutes interview with then Presidential candidate Kamala Harris. President Trump responded that the transcript justifies the FCC revoking the CBS license and forcing a shutdown of 60 Minutes. In this note, we analyze whether Carr will follow the President’s instructions.
