Telefonica Deutschland (Reduce, €2.0, -28%) Q4 22: Solid results supported by pricing and partner business
Telefonica Deutschland has reported a strong set of Q4 results, supported by strong partner revenues, and set out new guidance for 2023, which could imply very modest upside to consensus. There is also a good chance that the new guidance could also prove to be conservative given pricing trends in the German market. Key though to our thesis will be communication from 1&1 on their network build plans which we expect to hear more on at their CMD at end of March.Telefonica Deutschland Holding is a telecommunication company. Co. offers its consumer retail and business customers postpaid and prepaid wireless communications products, along with wireless data services using Global Packet Radio Service, Universal Mobile Telecommunications System and Long Term Evolution technology as well as Digital Subscriber Line wireline telephony and high-speed internet services.
