We have been getting questions about the President’s post on Truth Social today demanding that 600MHz of spectrum be included in the “Big Beautiful Bill”. The current markup of the house bill already includes language requiring the FCC to identify and auction 600MHz of spectrum for exclusive use in the next six years.
