The future of broadband - Charter's cNPS remains low

Charter’s cNPS has improved over time but remains dangerously close to 0. Charter’s product score could be higher but is at a respectable level. Where they are lacking is price/value and support. Cable’s pricing strategy has been a major pain point which is reflected in price/value scores. What is surprising is the support score. Charter has been investing in improving customer support for almost a decade now, but support scores remain very low.
