Co. divides its activities into three segments: Luxury-upscale, Midscale and Economy. Luxury-upscale makes up 11% of Co.'s portfolio and comprises brands such as Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, and Grand Mercure; Midscale makes up 43% of its portfolio and comprises the Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure and Adagio brands; and Economy makes up 46% the Co.'s portfolio, comprising the brands ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget and hotelF1. At Dec 31 2013 Co. operated around 3,600 hotels and 460,000 rooms in 92 countries.

Assicurazioni Generali is the parent company for The Generali Group (the Group), an insurance and financial services provider. The commercial offer is composed of savings and pure risks policies, which constitute the majority of the portfolio, which includes protection and pension funds. In the non-life sector the Group is focused primarily on the retail market. In addition, through the Europ Assistance Group, Co. is engaged in services in motor, travel, health, home and family. The Group has also expanded its business from insurance to a range of asset management, property and financial services.

Bayer is a life sciences group based in Germany. Co.'s operations are organized along three divisions: Pharmaceuticals (engaged in prescription pharmaceuticals for cardiology and women's healthcare); Consumer Health (engaged in non-prescription products in dermatology, dietary supplement, analgesic, gastrointestinal, allergy, cold and flu, foot care, sun protection and cardiovascular risk prevention categories); and CropScience (engaged in the development of seeds and plant traits; crop protection; and for gardens, the green industry and non-agricultural pest control). Continental is an automotive industry supplier. Faurecia is an automobile equipment supplier based in France. Co.'s activities can be divided into four business units: Automotive Seating (design of vehicle seats, manufacture of seating frames and adjustment mechanisms, and assembly of complete seating units); Emissions Control Technologies (design and manufacture of exhaust systems); Interior Systems (design and manufacture of instrument panels, door panels and modules, and acoustic components); and Automotive Exteriors (design and manufacture of front ends and safety modules). Some of Co.'s customers are PSA Peugeot Citroen, VW Group, Renault-Nissan, Ford Group, BMW and GM Group.

Seche Environnement offers environmental management solutions for industrial clients or local authorities. Co. operates waste treatment and recovery facilities and develops tools to produce energy from waste. Co. also collects and sorts all types of waste, whether household or industrial, hazardous or non-hazardous. For local authorities, Co. manages household waste and other environmental concerns. Co. is engaged in thermal treatment, storage, methanization of household waste and production of alternative fuels. For industrial clients, Co. has developed products and services for handling industrial waste from waste production sites to elimination facilities.

TAG Immobilien is engaged in the acquisition, development and management of residential real estate as well as property sales. Co. operates within two segments: residential and commercial. Co.'s residential property portfolio is concentrated in the regions of Thuringia / Saxony, the greater metropolitan areas of Berlin and Hamburg, and the Salzgitter and North Rhine-Westphalia regions while its commercial portfolio is situated in locations such as Hamburg, Berlin and Munich. As of Dec 31 2013, Co.'s portfolio consisted of 70,587 units and comprised of 4,582,344 sq. m. of floor area.
