ACS : First significant reinvestment goes into US motorways
>Large acquisition increasing the stake in a motorway in Houston - ACS has announced that it has reached an agreement to increase its stake in Blueridge Transportation Group, the company holding a concession in the SH-288 motorway in Houston, Texas, by 44.65% to 66.27%. The price of the acquisition will amount to c.€ 900m and such a stake will be bought from three financial investors: Infrared Capital Partners, Northleaf Capital Partners and Star America.
