ADOCIA is a biotechnology company based in France. Co. specializes in the development of formulations for already-approved therapeutic proteins with a primary focus on insulins and treatments for diabetic foot ulcers. Co.'s biotherapy products are used in tissue regeneration and for treating chronic diseases. Co.'s proprietary BioChaperone® technological platform is designed to enhance the effectiveness and safety of therapeutic proteins in areas such as wound Healing, diabetes, ulcers and monoclonal antibody creation. Co. also maintains activities in the formulation of monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of various chronic pathologies (oncology, inflammation, etc.).

ADVA AG Optical Networking

Adva Optical Networking is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the development, production and marketing of optical and Ethernet-based networking solutions to telecommunications carriers and enterprises to deliver data, storage, voice and video services. Co.'s optical transmission solutions are based on Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) technology. With WDM, multiple data streams are transmitted over a single optical fiber by assigning each stream to a different wavelength. Co. also provides Ethernet-optimized transmission solutions for fiber-based networks used to interconnect enterprises and mobile network base stations with carrier networks.

Carmat SA

Carmat is focused on the research and development of an innovative product in the medical sector, developing an orthotopic and biocompatible artificial heart which is completely implantable, as well as its electrical power supply system and remote diagnosis system. Co. is developing a long-term therapeutic solution for patients who suffer from advanced bi-ventricular heart failure and who are not eligible for cardiac transplantation and who have exhausted all drug possibilties. Co. is still in the phase of research and development and thus do not generate any revenues.

Metro is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in retail and wholesale. Co.'s operations are divided into four divisions: Metro Cash & Carry, Real, Media-Saturn and Galeria Kaufhof. The Metro Cash & Carry division operates in the cash and carry sector in Europe, Asia and Africa. The Real division is a hypermarket operator in Germany where it operates both stationary stores and an online store. La Francaise de l'Energie SA

La Francaise de l'Energie is engaged in the operation of the French energy sector, with gas assets in northern and eastern France, specifically coal bed methane. Co. aims to substitute a portion of the gas imported into France with coal bed methane, which it produces, due to its low carbon footprint and production cost. Co.'s operations are mainly located in two areas: Lorraine, located in eastern France close to the Franco-German border, and in Nord-Pas-de-Calais, in the Hauts-de-France region located at the Franco-Belgian border. Co. operates in two operating segments: Lorraine which includes the exploration and certification of gas reserves and Avion which includes gas production.

Lectra markets full-line solutions comprising the sale of software, CAD/CAM equipment and associated services (technical maintenance, support, training, consulting, sales of consumables and spare parts). Co. addresses an array of global markets, including fashion (apparel, accessories, and footwear), automotive (car seats and interiors, airbags), and furniture, as well as other industries, such as the aeronautical and marine industries. Its technology enables its customers to design, develop and manufacture their products (garments, seats, airbags, etc.). For the fashion industry, Co.'s software applications also enable the management of collections and cover the entire product lifecycle.

Melexis designs, develops, tests and markets advanced integrated circuits primarily for the automotive industry. Co. sells its products to a wide customer base in the automotive, medical and industrial markets in Europe, Asia and North America. Co.'s main products are Hall effect ICs, Pressure and Acceleration Sensors, Sensor Interface ICs, Automotive Systems-on-a-Chip, Embedded Microcontrollers, Bus System Chips, Optical and Infrared sensors. SMCP is engaged in the apparel and accessories retail market. Co.'s products are sold through a network of points of sale and websites.
