AGRANA Beteiligungs AG (AGRANA) is an Austria-based company that processes agricultural raw materials. The Company manufactures foods and intermediate products for the downstream food industry, as well as for non-food applications. It operates through three segments: Sugar, Starch and Fruit. The products of the Sugar segment are marketed both directly to consumers through food retailers and to the sugar industry. In the Starch segment, the Company processes and refines mainly corn (maize) and potatoes into starch products. The Fruit segment develops and produces fruit preparations (fruit ingredients) and fruit juice concentrates. The Company operates over 50 production sites globally. Co.'s business activities are focused on the development, production and sale of high-quality capital goods for precision engineering, electronics and information technology in the areas of wire-processing and automated production and assembly. The focus is on highly automated production systems for the automotive, household appliances, electronics, telecommunication, solar energy and medical technology sectors. Co. operates in three business segments: machinery; photovoltaics field; and medical technology sector.

Navigator and its subsidiaries are engaged in the production and sale of cellulose pulp and related products, the purchase of wood and agricultural and forest production, the harvesting of forests and the transport of wood from the forests to the plants, and the production and sale of electricity and thermal energy. Co. is also involved in the production of paper and derivative paper products.

Schoeller-Bleckmann Oilfield Equipment is engaged as a producer of high precision components and a supplier of oilfield equipment for the oilfield service industry. Co. focuses on non-magnetic drillstring components (non-magnetic drill collars) and downhole tools for drilling and completing directional and horizontal wells. The High Precision Components segment consists of the manufacturing of MWD (Measuring While Drilling) and LWD (Logging While Drilling) precision drillstring components. The Oilfield Equipment segment comprises production and distribution of non-magnetic drill collars, drilling motors and tools for downhole circulation applications, repair and maintenance services.

Co.'s segments include: Clay Building Materials Eastern Europe, Clay Building Materials Western Europe, Pipes & Pavers Eastern Europe, Pipes & Pavers Western Europe, North America and Holding & Others. The Clay Building Materials Europe division covers activities in the areas of clay blocks, facing bricks and roof tiles. The Pipes & Pavers Europe division includes Co.'s business activities with plastic pipes, ceramic pipes and concrete pavers. The North America division covers activities in the areas of facing bricks, plastic pipes and concrete products. The Holding & Others division covers activities in the areas of clay blocks.
