Alfen NV (Alfen) is a company based in the Netherlands, engaged in the design, development and production of electric grid equipment. The Company is active in three business lines: Smart Grids, which supplies standardized electricity grid connection systems, secondary transformer substations, local power grids, devices for grid automation, as well as software and back-end systems for remote management and grid control; Energy Storage, responsible for development and installation of modular energy storage systems under the brand TheBattery, which are used by utilities, grid operators, energy traders and industrial companies, among others, and Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging, which supplies EV charge points in a variety of capacities and functionalities for use at home, work and in public areas. Grenergy Renovables Sl. Grenergy Renovables SL is a Spain-based company engaged in the marketing of energy recovery facilities. The Company develops projects and an Independent Power Producer (IPP) that generates renewable energy mainly through solar photovoltaic plants.

Inmobiliaria Colonial SOCIMI is engaged in the acquisition, construction, sale, disposal and lease of real estate and related activities, including car garages and parking lots, and the administration and management of real estate properties and land.

Laurent-Perrier is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the production and distribution of champagne. Its products are sold through four main brands, which are Laurent-Perrier, Salon, Delamotte and Champagne de Castellane. Co.'s vineyards are held either directly by Co. or jointly with other growers through various real-estate companies. Co. organizes its business activities under three different types of legal entities: Champagne houses, Distribution subsidiaries, and Vineyards. For most of its export markets, Co.'s products are sold through specialized distribution networks such as cafes, hotels and restaurants, wine merchants and direct sales.

SBM Offshore is a holding company. Co. provides floating production solutions to the offshore energy industry, over the full product life-cycle. Co.'s main activities are the design, supply, installation, operation and life extension of floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels. Other products include semi-submersibles, tension-leg platforms, floating production storage and offloading liquefied natural gas, turret mooring systems, brownfield and offshore (off) loading terminals. As of Dec 31 2015, Co.'s fleet consisted of 10 FPSOs, two floating storage and offloadings, one mobile offshore production unit, one semisubmersible in operation worldwide.

SMCP is engaged in the apparel and accessories retail market. Co.'s products are sold through a network of points of sale and websites. Co.'s product range is composed of on-trend and quality womenswear, menswear and accessories. Co.'s three brands can be characterized as follows: Sandro, targeted at sophisticated and self-confident women with a sleek, cool sense of style and a Parisian nonchalance; Maje, a bohemian chic positioning, targeting a feminine and young-at-heart and joie de vivre clientele and Claudie Pierlot, characterized as Parisian-preppy, wise and with a rebel touch. Claudie Pierlot is focused on a timeless, effortless style.

Wacker Chemie is active in chemical products. Co. operates in five divisions: Wacker Silicones, which provides products ranging from silicone fluids and emulsions, resins, elastomers and sealants, to silanes and pyrogenic silica grades; Wacker Polymers, which manufactures binders and polymeric additives (such as dispersible polymer powders and dispersions); Wacker Biosolutions, which supplies customized biotech and catalog products for the fine-chemical sector; Wacker Polysilicon, which produces hyperpure polysilicon for the semiconductor, electronics and above all, solar sectors; and Siltronic, which supplies semiconductor manufacturers with silicon wafers.
