Avantium NV Formerly known as Avantium Holding BV. Avantium NV, formerly Avantium Holding BV, is a company based in the Netherlands engaged in environmental research and development (R&D). The Company develops chemical technologies and production processes to convert bio-based feedstock into sustainable products. CIE Automotive is the parent company of an industrial group formed by several companies that are engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of automobile component and sub-units on the world market. In addition, Co. is also engaged in the bio-fuels business which is in the initial stages of development and is made up of various companies devoted to the production and distribution of bio-fuels.

Faes Farma is engaged in the health care research, manufacture and sale of prescription pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals, URGO bandages and dressings and LAZLO cosmetics.

NORMA Group is a holding Company. Co. manufactures and markets joining products and solutions in three product categories clamps (CLAMP), joining elements (CONNECT) and connections/fluid systems (FLUID). Co.'s clamp products and solutions are manufactured from unalloyed steels or stainless steel and are generally used to join or seal elastomer hoses. Co.'s connection products include connectors made of unalloyed steels or stainless steel that are partly equipped with elastomer or metal seals and are used as the joining and sealing elements of metal and thermoplastic pipes. Co.'s fluid products are either single or multiple layer thermoplastic plug-in connectors for liquid systems.

Pirelli & Co. is a holding company that manages, coordinates and finances the operations of its subsidiaries, which are mainly active in the tyre sector.
