APCOA is back into the high-yield market to issue € 685m of new secured notes split between a 6.5NC2 fixed rate tranche offering (min. € 300m) and a 6.5NC1 FRN tranche (min. € 300m). Proceeds, alongside € 10m of cash on balance sheet, are earmarked to refinance the outstanding fixed and floating rate senior secured notes with an aggregate outstanding balance of € 685m.
