APICIL : Issuance Focus
Apicil is returning to the market with a € 250m Tier 2 sub benchmark issue with a 10-year maturity, rated-Baa2. This operation is coupled with a tender offer at 101.4% for € 75m (half) of the Tier 2 notes maturing on 17 November 2025.
